The subjects of this study were sport club’s students of Taichung Chiao Tai High School and using purposive sampling method to distribute surveys. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and total valid questionnaires was 365. Data obtained were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results are as follows: High school students who participate in sports clubs, mostly was male, second-year student, participate in ball club’s, at least participate in clubs for one semester, and have extra sports per week; Among the high school students participate in sport clubs, the participate motivation of “skill demand” was the highest, the sports friendship of “companionship and joyful movement” was the highest, and the learning achievement of “cognition” was the highest; Different traits of high school students have a significant impact on the participation motivation, sports friendship and learning outcomes of sports clubs. This study found that high school students' participation in sports clubs can effectively predict sports friendship and learning achievement through the variable of “self-achievement”, “psychological needs”, “social needs” and “skills needs”. After participating in the clubs, sports friendship can effectively predict learning outcomes through the variable of “enhance self-esteem and support”, “common things”, “companion and pleasure” and “resolving conflicts”.
