Summary:碩士 === 台灣首府大學 === 教育研究所 === 107 === This correlational study aims at exploring the junior high school teachers’ work values and job satisfaction in Tainan City. The study is conducted with the method of Questionnaire Survey. The survey subject is the teachers in Tainan City in 2018. A total of 330 valid questionnaires is collected. The recovery rate is 86.6%. Sampling method is stratified random sampling and the questionnaire being adopted is “The questionnaire of junior high teachers’ work values and job satisfaction in Tainan City”. The result of those questionnaires is processed through descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, analysis of variance (One-Way ANOVA), Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings are as follows: 1.The work values in Tainan junior high school teachers is medium-to-high level, among which the degree of recognition is the highest at the level of "interpersonal interaction". 2.The job satisfaction in Tainan junior high school teachers is medium level, among which Satisfaction is highest at the level of “interpersonal relationship”. 3.The recognition of work values in 2018 Tainan junior high school teachers of Married, Bachelor, and School size 13-24 is better. 4.The Performance of job satisfaction in 2018 Tainan junior high school teachers of Male, married, bachelors degree, concurrent director and school size 13-24 is better. 5.The correlation between 2018 Tainan junior high school teachers’ work values and job satisfaction is moderate positive. 6.The work values index of the 2018 Tainan junior high teachers can be used to predict the level of job satisfaction . This study provides practical suggestions for the local education authority, for junior high teachers and for the follow-up related researchers.
