| Summary: | 碩士 === 台灣首府大學 === 休閒管理學系碩士班 === 107 === This study explores the current situation, differences and related situations of ecotourism about environmental attitude, recreation experience and satisfaction among the teachers of the Elementary School in Tainan City. The study attempts to inspect the predictability of environmental attitude and recreation experience on the satisfaction level. The research methods include literature analysis and questionnaire survey of Tainan City Elementary School teachers. The research tools include personal background factor survey, environmental attitude scale, recreation experience scale, and satisfaction scale.
A total of 700 questionnaires were distributed in this study, and 669 valid questionnaires were obtained. The recovery rate was about 95.5%. A package of SPSS19 for windows was utilized while various analysis methods including descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way independent samples Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Pearson correlation, and multiple linear regression were used. To explore the topics of this research. There are two main conclusions from the analysis results, which are as follows: First, teachers environmental attitude, recreation experience, and satisfaction will have some significant differences due to personal background factors; Second, It has a significant positive correlation between the environmental attitude and satisfaction. The recreation experience and satisfaction also have this significant positive correlation. Furthermore, environmental attitude can positively affect satisfaction through the recreation experience.
The research put forward suggestions based on the research. It is expected that teachers satisfaction with participating in ecotourism will also be more positive for the implementation of environmental education , and will also help promote high-responsibility tourism.
