Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among teachers' perception of school atmosphere, psychological capital of teachers and political behavior in organizations of elementary school of New Taipei City. Specifically, this study is mainly to: 1. understand the current situation of elementary school teachers' perception of school atmosphere, teacher's psychological capital and political behavior in organizations; 2. investigate the differences between personal background in teachers’ perception of school atmosphere, teacher's psychological capital and political behavior in organizations; 3. analyzes the correlational status of teachers' perception of school atmosphere, teachers' psychological capital and political behavior in organizations; 4. explores the predictive effect of teachers' perception of school atmosphere on teachers' psychological capital and political behavior in organizations; 5. explores the predictive effect of teachers' psychological capital on political behavior in organizations.
This study adopted a questionnaire which includes three scales-Scale of Teachers' Perception of School Atmosphere, Scale of Teacher's Psychological Capital and Scale of Political Behavior in Organizations of Elementary School. The subjects of this research were 400 elementary school teachers in New Taipei City. The data collected from the questionnaires were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics, independent sample t-Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and path analysis.
The results of the study were as follows: 1. There were significant differences in the different background variables of the elementary school teacher perceived school climate, teacher psychological capital and organizational political behavior. 2. There were significant correlations among the elementary school teacher perceived school climate, teacher psychological capital and organizational political behavior. 3. The elementary school teacher perceived school climate could significantly predict teacher psychological capital and organizational political behavior. 4. Teacher psychological capital could significantly organizational political behavior.
On the basis of the findings, the researcher offered the suggestions to the schools, the education administration authority, and to further researchers.
