Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 教育專業發展研究所 === 107 === The purpose of this study was to explore the teaching effectiveness of the primary school teachers in New Taipei City, the current situation and relationship of class atmosphere to emotional labor.
This studied adopts the questionnaire survey method, and the official sample taked from the New Taipei City Elementary School teacher. Three scales were used as the test, including the “Educational Effectiveness Meter”, “Class Climate Scale” and “Emotional Labor Scale”. After the data collection and analysis by independent sample t-test, one way ANOVA analysis, Pearson product-related correlation analysis, and stepwise regression analysis of SPSS 20.0.
The results of this study found that: (a) The teaching performance, class atmosphere and emotional labor status of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City are good. (b) There are some significant differences among teaching performance, class atmosphere and emotional labor service of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City as different backgrounds. (c) There are significant correlations among teaching performance, class atmosphere and emotional labor service of elementary school teachers in New Taipei City. (d) The teaching performance and class atmosphere of elementary school teachers in in New Taipei City have predictive power on emotional labor service, and class atmosphere has predictive power on emotional labor service.
