Subjects are 301 preschool teachers from Pingtung and Kaohsiung area of Taiwan. The questionnaires were evaluated by class management style Scale, parent-teacher relationship Scale and job involvement Scale of preschool teachers.The data was analyzed by the statistical softwareSPSS 20.0. Looking forward to providing the suggests and references for parents, students, academic institutions and future researchers through this research.The results of the study were as follows: (a) There were no significant differences in the different background variables of the preschool teachers’ class management style, parent-teacher relationship and job involvement. (b) There were significant correlations among class management style, parent-teacher relationship and job involvement. (c) Class management style could significantly predict parent-teacher relationship. (d) Class management style and Parent-teacher relationship could significantly job involvement.Based on the results of this study, recommendations are made for parents, schools and future researches.
