The change of policy has a great impact on the cultivation of technology literacy for its people. However, in the environment of digital decline, women in rural county have a gap in receiving scientific and technological information compared with urban areas, and indirectly become a vulnerable group under the policy. This study will focus on the technology literacy of women in rural county, and explore the relationship between women's technology literacy, well-being and social support in rural county, and analyze the effect of women's technology literacy on well-being in rural county, whether they are influenced by social support. In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used to identify women who participated in social groups in Puyan Township of Changhua County as a parent group. The convenience sampling method was adopted, and the questionnaire was distributed on paper, and 206 valid samples were collected. The research tools include the Technology Literacy Scale, the Well-being Scale and the Social Support Scale, and the software analysis using the software SPSS22.0, which is tested by descriptive statistics analysis, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, Regression analysis and regression mediation analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between technology literacy and well-being; social support and well-being have a significant positive impact; technology literacy and social support have a significant positive correlation; social support has a strong relationship between technology literacy and well-being Fully intermediary effect. This study is based on the results of statistical analysis and recommendations for future research.
