Various studies have showed that the excessive growth and human beings’ consumption are the cause to endless environmental damage. The concept of sustainable development has drawn more and more attention. "Consumption" is the easiest way to implement sustainable development on a daily basis. "Education" is the most effective way to change ideas and behaviors of human beings. Through "Green Consumption Teaching", students can be led to discuss and think about relevant issues, cultivate correct and positive "Green Consumption Knowledge", internalize "Green Consumption Attitude", and "Perceived Value", and be willing to engage in eco-friendly behaviors all their lives. The results showed: (1) Green consumption teaching has a positive effect on green consumption knowledge. (2) Green consumption knowledge has a positive effect on green consumption attitudes. (3) Green consumption attitude has a positive effect on perceived value. (4) Green consumption knowledge has a positive and significant correlation with perceived value. (5) Green consumption attitude has a mediating effect on the relationship between green consumption knowledge and perceived value.
