Therefore, this study starts with learners' own achievement goal, and considers the environmental factors of interpersonal support and group cohesion, and explores the relationship between them and learning engagement. In this study, 282 valid questionnaires were collected from junior high school students through self-report questionnaire. The results are as follows: First, achievement goal have a positive impact on learning engagement, and interpersonal support has a mediating effect. Second, Work cohesion has a negative effect on achievement goal and interpersonal support. Thirdly, The indirect effect of work cohesion on achievement goal - interpersonal support - learning involvement is negatively moderated, which shows that the mediating effect of interpersonal support is not significant under the environment of high work cohesion.
