For instance: Build the connection between hardware equipment such as: Network device (Router、Switch、Firewall) Storage device (Storage), Server and relative integrated software. After that provide human service such as: Pre-sales demand, After-sales installment, and maintaining to offer complete solutions to users. However, system integrators lack of core techniques of manufacture, the products that customers are bought from midstream agent or manufacturer and re-serve to customers. Therefore, system integrators are the role of a supplier at downstream in the industry supply chain.
Besides, the company in hardware market is highly compete, which also leads to the product profit drop dramatically. Although the dropping level of software is not as significant as hardware, the competition in software market still more and more fierce. In order to maintain the profits, system integrators in domestic arise the proportion of “repair service” owing to the only cost of it is manpower. In addition, signs a maintenance contract with customers to cope with changes of the latest situation.
This research of China Credit Information Service in 2018 focuses on Ranked first and second system integration listed company in Taiwan including: Sysage Tech (6112)、Systex Corporation (6214), comparing the disparity of three aspects (Profitability, solvency and operating capacity) and also nine indicator(Operating gross profit margin, Operating profit ratio, Earning per share after tax, Quick ratio, Debt ratio, Current ratio, Accounts receivable turnover, Fixed asset turnover and Average collection days) after financial crisis(2009Q1 to 2018Q3). We concluded Sysage Tech does not better than Systex Corporation in operating performance from 2009 to 2018. To specify the performance of these two companies, operating performance data after 2019 should be further elucidated and analyzed in the future.
