Under the situation of limited manpower, each police officer has shared certain responsibility and pressure. The research was targeted at the impact on Policing Work Involvement, Leisure Participation and Job Stress. This research was conducted with a questionnaire investigation. The investigation time was from January 31 to March 31, 2019, with a total of 358 valid questionnaires were collected. The conclusions are as following:The Policing Work Involvement has shown no significant impact on the Job Stress.The higher level of the Policing Work Involvement results in lower level of the Leisure Participation.The Leisure Participation has shown no significant impact on the Job Stress. Different ages, levels of education, unit attributes and job tenures in police officers have shown significant differences in the Policing Work Involvement.Different ages and unit attributes in police officers have shown significant differences in the Leisure Participation. Different ages and levels of education in police officers have shown significant differences in the Job Stress.
