The main purpose of this study is using the DMAIC circulation of Six Sigma to Improving Spray coating materials for anti-smudge ability by . Let H company receive orders in three stages,The first phase of the trial production order is NT$3,350,000, the second phase of small-volume production order is NT$10,000,000, and the third-stage production order is NT$12,000,000. The total amount of the order is NT$25,350,000, and the annual potion savings is NT$27,878,400. The project will enhance productivity and competitiveness in order to achieve the final goal of sustainable management.
