Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共事務與社會創新研究所 === 107 === The research was based on Yang-Guang High School, aimed to investigate how teacher leadership promotes teaching innovation. Case study was adopted in this research. Seven teachers were interviewed in this school. Meanwhile, the researcher’s reflective journal was used in order to gather more information. The findings were as follows:
1.Teachers enhanced their professional growth by sharing knowledge and teaching experience with teacher leaders.
2.Teachers had increased their teaching innovation and greatly improved their interest in learning.
3.The administrative team fully supported teacher leadership and teaching innovation.
4.The case school combined local resources to activate teaching.
The suggestions of these findings were made for the educational administrators, the school of this case study, potential schools for the further study.
