| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 企業管理學系 === 107 === Taiwan officially entered the aged society in 2018 and it placed a heavy burden on healthcare. Fortunately, the development of mHealth-smartphone functions and the user age enhancing have to assist healthcare. Hospital App is a technology service may help the patient seek health care more conveniently. Our research model has set up 6 independent variables to observe the intention of using the APP.
The influence about "functionality" and "immediacy" in App itself have the greatest impact on intention to use. While social impact variables are more supported by “external environmental” than by friends and relatives. Privacy and security policy is also needed in hospital App. The subjects did not agree use the hospital App will speed up the medical administrative relevance process at this stage.
Although there is only 43.6% of subjects have experience in using hospital App but it is agreed that healthcare is moving fast toward new technology. The hospital App developer should consider both the healthcare worker and user’s need to increased intention to use
