Taking care of service workers' co-operatives as a sample study, The questionnaires were divided into 117 copies of 117 invalid papers and 221 questionnaires, The questionnaire data has been the most empirical analysis tool for SPSS24 software, Use narrative statistics, reliability and validity analysis, Pearson analysis, regression analysis and variance analysis. Research shows:(1) The correlation between personality traits and job satisfaction was related, and only personality trait sensitivity had no correlation to job satisfaction, except that the hypothesis was valid. (2)The correlation between personality traits and job satisfaction was related, and only personality trait sensitivity was not correlated with organizational loyalty but had a significant relationship, except that the hypothesis was valid. (3)The correlation between personality traits and job satisfaction, and the sensitivity of personality traits to organizational loyalty were also significantly related, except that the hypothesis was established.
