Through the questionnaire survey, the data is then Pearson Correlation and hierarchical regression to obtain the following conclusions:
1. Organizational citizenship behavior has a partial mediating effect on openness and task performance.
2. Organizational citizenship behavior has a partial mediation effect on Conscientiousness and task performance
3. Organizational citizenship behavior has a completely mediating effect on Extraversion and task performance.
4. Organizational citizenship behavior havent a mediating effect on Agreeableness and task performance
5. Organizational citizenship behavior has a partial mediation effect on neuroticism and task performance.
