Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 都市計畫與空間資訊學系 === 107 === The data of the tourists contained in the study are collected from GPS track data that the researcher analyzes the basic data of GPS track into two types: point data, which focuses on analyzing “tourist behavior”; and line data, which mentions about “path indexes” that could determine the paths of tourists. Tourist behavior is based on the indexes such as frequency, accumulative frequency, detention period and travelling speed. This study further discusses the key factors changing tourist behavior, such as the store awareness, the industrial zone, the distance to parking lots and bus stops and the type of stores. According to the literature, this study divides the path indexes into seven patterns of walking paths and finds that the most of the tourists in Che-Cheng prefer to travel point to point. Taking the regression analysis as the reference, the main impact factors for tourist behavior are the restaurant and diner of trade pattern and the old-time delights court of the influence of zone; and next are the distance to parking lots and the sightseeing area. For the path pattern of travelling point to point, the number of tourists from the old-time delights court to zone of the Grove is the highest; and then, for the second high for number of tourists is from visitor center to the Grove. In the view of the above mentioned the facts, this study analyzes the tourist behavior of Che-Cheng, builds the correlation between stores to stores, and makes the following sightseeing proposals: 1.Counter: Store A places and sells the products of Store B. And so does Store B that would place and sell the products of Sore A. 2.Half-day tour and One-day tour planning: most of the visitors to Che-Cheng in holidays prefer getting accommodation; therefore, a good plan for half-day or one-day will be an attractive factor for visiting. 3.Subjective tourists’ survey: The study is based on objective method. This study suggests that the local supervisor of Che-Cheng could join the survey, such as questionnaire and interview which would make the proposals more abundant, and have different suggestions to fit for different types of tourists.
