In the face of the increasingly busy airport conditions, the airport customs clearance process has also developed an "e-Gate". Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study combines the convenience and perceived value of the facet to explore the willingness of passengers to continuously use the e-Gate. In this study, a total of 539 valid questionnaires were collected at Taoyuan International Airport. The SPSS24 and Amos22 software were used for statistical analysis, and the hypotheses were verified by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that convenience is the most important factor affecting the willingness to continuance intention. Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and convenience have positive and significant effects on perceived value. Perceived ease of use, convenience, and perceived value have a positive and significant effect on user attitude. Perceived value and user attitude have a positive correlation with the willingness to continuance intention. Finally, based on the research results, this study proposes relevant recommendations and practical implications for government agencies and airport companies to provide reference and propose follow-up research directions.
