According to the control factors to do Taguchi Methods. The control factors I choose feed for single trip、tangential velocity of wheel and wheel feed for single time. I do the test with workpiece Marble and Stainless steel on PERFECT company' PFG-CL3060AH plain grinding machine and measure by Mitutoyo's SJ-301. The three parameter value, the feed are 1mm、3mm、5mm for s ingle trip and single time, the tangential velocity of wheel are 26m/s、28m/s、30m/s, and the wheel feed are 3um、5um、7um for single time. The result of the Marble experiment is that Wheel feed for single time > Tangential velocity of wheel > Feed for single trip. And according to foregoing value of parameter, I can arrange the best combination which is Wheel feed for single time(7um) > Tangential velocity of wheel(30m/s) > Feed for single trip(1mm). The result of the Stainless Steel experiment is that Tangential velocity of wheel > Feed for single trip> Wheel feed for single time. And according to foregoing value of parameter, I can arrange the best combination which is tangential velocity of wheel(26m/s)、feed for single trip(3mm)、wheel feed for single time(7um) . I do the test with workpiece Marble and Stainless steel on PERFECT company' PFG-CL3060AH plain grinding machine and measure by Mitutoyo's SJ-301.
The three parameter value,
