Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 環境工程與科學學系 === 107 === In order to effectively reuse the recycling benefits of incineration ash, this study attempts to synthesize inorganic ash from fly ash and bottom slag of an incineration plant in China. This study is mainly divided into two stages. In the first stage, the incineration fly ash is synthesized into inorganic polymers under different preparation conditions and analyzed for compressive strength. In the second stage, the incineration fly ash is mixed with the bottom slag to synthesize inorganic polymers under different preparation conditions and analyzed. Its compressive strength and its heavy metal concentration. The results of the first phase of the study showed that the main metals in the incineration fly ash were calcium, barium and potassium. The metal contents were 31.608%,3.988%,3.032% respectively. It has the feasibility of carrying out inorganic polymerization, but the experimental results are not as expected. Ideally, the compressive strength of the inorganic polymer produced is below 10 kg/cm2. The results of the second stage study show that the main metals in the incinerated bottom slag are barium, calcium and aluminum, and the metal content is 20.561%,18.477%,3.282% with the feasibility of mixing with fly ash for inorganic polymerization, compared with the single use of fly ash the compressive strength of the inorganic polymer synthesized by the mixed bottom slag is obviously enhanced, and the liquid can be found by analysis. The solid ratio of 0.65 is the best, and the ratio of sodium citrate to sodium hydroxide is 1.5 and the number of curing days is 14 days. The comprehensive experimental results show that the incineration ash synthesis inorganic polymer has its development space, and the synthesis The products meet the toxic dissolution standards set by the Environmental Protection Agency.
