Description
Summary:博士 === 逢甲大學 === 土木水利工程與建設規劃博士學位學程 === 107 === The old-age welfare policy has become an important issue, since the population structure had accelerated change. This study wants to explores the willingness and need to relocate and reside. It collected 962 valid cloud closed questionnaires from the online community since January 2017, based on the approximately 7 million quasi-retirees (45-64 years old) in Taiwan. The empirical analysis shows that the six items of suitability for the pension on site all affect the willingness to move, and 30% of the respondents have the willingness to relocate. Among them, the ratio of returning and non-returning relocation group is about 3:7, and the ratio of urban and rural relocation in non-returning group is about 2:7. The affecting variables include gender, age, children, frequency of travel, medical habits, current residence time and area, retired residents, and retirement economic sources. The demand for living has divided by exploratory factor analysis into five factors: "living convenience", "community interaction", "resource suitability", "retirement support" and "safety assurance". In the difference of demand, the demand for returning to the community is higher in the "community interaction", "resource suitability" and "retirement support"; the demand for urban relocation in "life convenience" is higher; the demand for rural relocation in "appropriateness of resources" is higher. The variables affecting the familiarity strategy of the relocation place are three items of gender, education level, occupation, living area, retirement time, retirement target, retirement economic source, and environmental experience. Therefore, this paper proposes a "Seamless Retirement Relocation Mode" to accumulates ideal relocation places with in-depth tourism and serves as a strategy for familiarity with relocation. The importance of retirement relocation must be taken seriously and incorporated into the development consideration of social welfare policy, and at the same time become the potential of the community to create a retired community.
