With regards to aspects of law, economy, environment, and stakeholders connecting with enterprise businesses, the government should impose trade-off constraints between their benefits and the influences on society. And on the ethical aspects, the public is expecting fairness, justice, and harm avoidance as the main connotation of social responsibility. Corporate social responsibility has an important influence on implementing the social economy, which is not only the essential concepts but facilitates enterprises to benefit from cost reduction, profit creation, and economic growth and be capable of sustainable operation. Social responsibility involves consumer protection, environmental protection, and labor regulations a decision-maker should be compliant with and regard as the laws to provide goods and services that the public expects. As for the aspects of charity, the corporate social responsibility for an enterprise should contribute to the offerings of the resources and donations for the community, and their improvement to the people’s lives. Corporate social responsibility is a requirement and in the public eyes for acquiring a good image. This study employs a questionnaire survey with experts engaged in aerospace industry corporate social responsibility for more than 10 years, using the hierarchical analysis method (AHP) to analyze the relationship between each factor and its weight. The findings show that the practices in the corporate social responsibility of aerospace industry enterprises can strengthen the business performance and enhance enterprise competitiveness. This study creates three new breakthroughs: first, it synthesizes scholars' opinions, establishes a complete theory, and proposes a feasible research framework; second, the theoretical framework is quite flexible and applicable to the social responsibility management planning for the aerospace industry, and will enhance the corporate social responsibility in the aspects of the economy, law, and charity, making this research more practical; and finally, this study can be modified to apply to CSR management planning for other industries, providing a novel, more efficient, and effective solutions for the practitioners.
