If the high-precision gray body furnace can be used at low cost and the quality is not lower than the commercial products, the economic benefits are great. This study uses the 8051 microprocessor to write the PID program for precise temperature control and temperature stabilization. It replaces the commercially available PID controller and replaces the graphite heating tube with a ceramic (aluminum oxide) heater, which greatly reduces the space and heating required. Power and insulation materials replace graphite wool with graphite cotton. Asbestos is a high environmental pollution source. Graphite cotton has the same insulation effect and uses adjustable voltage. It can reach 4.88mV according to IC resolution. The smaller the scale, the smaller the temperature stability amplitude.
