Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職學位學程 === 107 === We are currently at the beginning of the fourth industrial revolution.. The huge demand for consumer products and the short product life cycle have created a "Small amount of diversity" manufacturing demand. The general slowdown in population growth worldwide. The demand for industrial robots to introduce automation equipment has increased. However, Industrial robots are different from special-purpose automation equipments. They are highly flexible and intelligent. They require professional system integrators and industrial robot manufacturers to cooperate with each other to complete the automation equipment. If the communication is poor in the process, and there is no simulation analysis, etc., Many problems will arise, such as the specification performance is not mactch, the project import time is too long, and finally fails. In order to improve these problems, the SWOT analysis of the industry and competing products, together with the fishbone diagram (Cause & Effect map) to analyze the cause of the problem. The direct or in-depth observation of the research object or the in-depth interview as a research method. Collecting interview records, conducting inductive analysis, and using methods such as anti-fish bone maps to explore and improve methods. Can reduce evaluation errors and shorten the import time to increase the willingness of customers to copy automation equipment. And thus promote the greater development of the industrial robot industry.
