The shoe industry of sports shoe is still flourishing, but a fierce competition. In this industry, there are some survivors, and whom have bitter stories behind. These bitter stories are usually in the a circle process with growth, change, and recurrence. Various management techniques are constantly being applied and abandoned in these enterprises. Because there is no management method that can be used permanently, it needs to be adapted to the background of the times and the environment, even adjusted or mixed with more management methods . This study has carried out a brief analysis of the entire shoe industry in the evolution of entire market, and list the impact of the shoe industry supply chain system in which the case is located. Furthermore, to assess the challenge S company faced under the whole supply chain system, and how S company to respond to changes in the market. Through five-force analysis to understand company position and using SWOT analysis to combine company advantages and opportunities for creating new markets or products. Moreover, advantages and threats are interlaced for turning the crisis into a turning point; this make the company reconsider their internal transformation strategy. In this case, the questionnaire survey is from company employees, through these data, to identify the problems S company facing currently; to begin implement a series of improvement programs, and then use the improved progress to re-engineer the new year's improvement and transformation measures. After that, to promote the company's internal transformation with a more comprehensive project plan.
