Analytical tools such as SWOT analysis、Porter five forces analysis、Interview method help to obtain issues and improvement directions for the competition and development model of Taiwan's bicycle industry. The ultimate goal of this study is to analyze through literature review and in-depth interviews. Find the problems from it. By constantly re-evaluating and correcting to provide a reference for theTaiwan bicycle wheel industry in the new business model. This section combines the interviews of the interviewees in this study to further summarize and discuss the analysis. Put forward specific conclusions on research purposes. The bicycle wheel industry has a very sound foundation. Only need to refine the product innovation, research and development and management will enhance competitiveness. Make good use of the power to apply for patents to protect exclusive production, resolve the crisis replaced by other developing countries. Create automation and semi-automation for your own industry to reduce non-performing rates. Improve performance can not be eliminated in the era of a small number of diverse production models. The shortage of talent has always been an important reason for the decline of enterprises. Therefore, companies must prepare for talent training early. Current OEM-based company should maintain the mentality of learning from customers, reviewing and strengthen the deficiencies of self-enterprise, accumulate the energy of future self-created brands.
