This machine will improve the dust and noise caused by mechanical roughening, and it will increase production rate. First, the content of design introduces the performance engineering specifications required for the production plasma roughening machine of rubber outsole, and on this basis, the design engineering specifications and the production machine architecture are set. By making timing schedule to obtain the speed profile of each motion module. Then, begin to introduce, select and confirm the suitable control element step by step from the load side, and design the connection structure as needed. The design procedures are the plasma module, the rotating shaft module, the X-axis module, the Y-axis module and the inter-platform transport module in order. After complete the design of the main structure, the design of the rack is introduced. The results show that the calculated production rate is 232.5 pairs per hour, it is more than the current production capacity of manual production, 210 pairs per hour. It meets the design engineering specifications.
