Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 專案管理碩士在職學位學程 === 107 === Under the highly competitive circumstance, SMEs need to deal with various perplexes of scheduling changes, which may cause internal coordination pressure but also waste resources. In order to meet the needs of clients and pursuit to an idea of maximizing interests of the company, how to use the management approaches of stakeholder management in project management to settle order scheduling changes is a major subject to study. This study takes an SMEs company A as an example to fulfill a research on this topic
First, a historical investigation method was conducted to investigate the process and performance of launching project management in company A, and to understand how the management approach help this company’s operating profit. Secondly, this study identified several relevant stakeholders dealing with the scheduling changes. Finally, a semi-structured interview method was used to collect qualitative information from these identified stakeholders.
This research found:
1. Company A has strengthened the awareness of project management since 2015, and the study found the support and determination of leader is the key.
2. Introducing project management of stakeholder technology has indeed helped stakeholders to reduce internal conflicts and cost-down associated with order scheduling changes.
3. Introducing project management of stakeholder technology has indeed helped to enhance internal communication.
4. Strengthening the awareness of project management does help to improve the centripetal force of internal operations.
5. Strengthening project management awareness will help improve the overall profitability of the company.
