Description
Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 餐飲經營與安全管理研究所 === 107 === There are more than 15 tons of eraser per year used by primary school stationery items, however, 95% of commercial "erasers are made by polyvinyl chloride (PVC). The burned PVC eraser can produce poison "Dioxin", which affects health and damages the environment. In this study, the eco-friendly coffee slag eraser was taken as an example to discuss its product development and industry recognition. Today, cafés are everywhere. Everyone has a cup of coffee in their daily life, however, how the coffee slag can become gold? As a part of green circulate industry, we develop the environmentally-friendly materials to improve the value of coffee grounds, the combination of the recycling agricultural waste coffee slag, and biomass plastics can develop the environmentally friendly composite materials to give new life of coffee slag, and provide value added aromatic deodorization and environmental protection by carbon reduction. Using this coffee composite material, we have successfully developed an environmentally friendly and low-carbon footprint coffee erasers. The product is low-cost, low-carbon, non-polluting, non-toxic, recyclable eraser. It’s optimum recipe is TPR/PLA=30/20, the cleanness ability is 88.5, the loss ratio is 0.77, the residue is strip type, the toughness is enough and no breaking, its density is 1.498g/cm3,its hardness is shore A 54. In order to evaluate the people’s opinions of this eraser, a depth interviews were proceed by 16 interviewee. This process was conducted by open interview method, and finally the results were analyzed by conversational analysis. Six design factors—material design factors, manufacturing design factors, production design factors, marketing design factors, using design factors, and abandoned design factors—are subdivided into other sub-projects to analyze and the differences and degrees of interaction. It highlights the respondents' recognition of the development of environmentally friendly and environmentally friendly coffee ground eraser and the environment. The study found that interviewee have mostly positive recognition about this special design. This study is a reference for the industry and future research work.
