Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 107 === Those chickens nowadays live in a kind of high-density water curtain type poultry houses, with the following environmental controlling system: wet pad cooling system, heater system and fan system, which are individually for controlling the humidity, the temperature and the fresh air. Although the poultry houses are the most efficient way to breed chickens in Taiwan, it still has some disadvantages. For example, if the breeding space is big and the environmental controlling system set in a convection way, it cannot ensure the temperature, the humidity and the fresh air are all in a proper situation. This thesis plans to install various types of sensors in a chicken house with a length of 98 meters and a width of 17.5 meters. These sensors collect data of environmental parameters in the space under the manager's management mode, and then perform big data analysis on the data. After big data analysis, it is found that it is feasible for the manager to rely on the temperature sensor for environmental regulation, but it is impossible to avoid the elimination of the chicken every day. If the manager can control the ambient temperature within 0.5 °C of the temperature setting, the humidity is below 75 %, and the carbon dioxide concentration is below 1500 ppm, the daily chicken elimination rate should be effectively reduced.
