碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 創新設計與創業管理研究所 === 107 === Keeping accompany with the bride to be an amazing focus by the public on the most important day in life, wedding stylist is always a beautiful and fancy occupation and envy by the outsiders. However, it is not easy to be a popular and hot wedding stylist in the reality.In order to deeply explore the achievement and frustration of the wedding stylists, the study selected seven senior and experienced practitioners who worked in the three metropolitan areas in Taiwan and adopted semi-structured questions of the qualitative research to conduct the interviews, so that people could better understand the problems that the practitioners run into in the working process. The results indicated that firstly, wedding stylists have to work very hard, the challenge is not as easy as what the public imagine; secondly, the market is declining greatly in the recent years, the practitioners have to be always progressive, otherwise they will be quickly eliminated by the market; thirdly, the job has to be paid with great passion in order to last the occupation; finally, the practitioners have to build up their own language ability and the related profession to develop the oversea market in the future. At last, the researcher also provided suggestions for the practitioners and future research based on the interview results.
