Summary:碩士 === 佛光大學 === 社會學系 === 107 === This study was initiated by campus reading promotion, and a case study was conducted with Luodong Junior High School of Yilan County to discuss the current situation and construction of the schools reading promotion activities, and use Bourdieus field theory to analyze and explore the operation in Luodong Junior High School of Yilan County s reading promotion field and the interaction of various capitals, and to further explore the effectiveness, constraints and the demand for improvemant of the reading promotion in junior high school campus. This research mainly uses document analysis and in-depth interview. The literature part discusses the relevant reading policies promoted by our country in recent years, Bourdieus field theory and the operation of capitals, and related research on the reading promotion of elementary school and junior high school campuses. The in-depth interviews were conducted with Luodong Junior High School of Yilan Countys executives, the teachers, class tutors and students. The semi-structured interviews and document analysis were used to further explore the operation in Luodong Junior High School of Yilan Countys reading promotion field and social analysis. Through the integration and reflection of the researcher, the following research findings are proposed: Firstly, the development of reading promotion needs continuous innovation and improvement; Secondly, the organization of reading promotion should be specialized in division,coordinated and communicated; Thirdly, the members of reading promote field need to form Consensus and close interaction; Fourthly, the operation of capitals in the reading promotin field helps to deepen the effectiveness; Fifthly, the habitus formed by reading promotion field have the effect of expanding the connection; Sixthly, the implementation of reading promotion is still subject to limited time and difficulties for parents to identify; Seventhly, reading promotion should be combined with the curriculum of the learning areas and the increase of teachers abilities. In the future, I hope that the above research findings will enable the education authorities and schools to pay more attention to the substantive subsidies of the schools reading promotion, add library-specific management personnel, make good use of the time of reading together, establish a teacher reading exchange community, combine the resources outside the school, and strengthen the operation of various capitals in the schools reading promotion field, making the reading promotion of the school more effective, leading the expansion of the overall reading culture and literacy.
