As the new generation enters the workplace, the value of the work value and sense of accomplishment that the younger generation cares about are very different from the previous generation. How to make employees to enhance their organizational commitment and organizational performance are currently the issues managers are eager to figure out. Therefore, this study is to explore the impact of leadership and organizational commitment on organizational performance. This study takes the staff of Yilan County Tourism Hotel as the research object, and discusses the relationship between leadership, organizational commitment and self-discipline and empathy; organizational commitment contains emotional commitment, sustained commitment, and organization Identity; organizational performance facet is employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and employee learning growth. Apply the literature review method and the questionnaire survey method to explore the issues under the research structure and execute empirical analysis. A total of 350 copies were distributed, and 326 effective samples were actually recovered. The actual effective recovery rate was 93.14%. Research conclusions: Firstly, leadership has a significant impact on organizational commitment. Second, leadership has a significant impact on organizational performance. Third, organizational commitment has a significant impact on organizational performance. Lastly , organizational commitment has a partial intermediary effect between leadership and organizational performance. This study suggests that the tourism hotel industry can enhance organizational commitment and organizational performance though establishing an open communication platform, arranging standardized corporate ceremonies, and compensation systems planning to affiliate with organizational performance.
