This study considers that the research on the mental health and job satisfaction of public sector personnel is of great importance. In the past, there were very few studies on the impact of mental health of public organizations on job satisfaction. Therefore, the survey of relevant public organizations was used as a sample for research. The variables studied and studied include demographic variables, mental health, job satisfaction, and the theory and empirical evidence based on the research purpose, and the differences are analyzed as a reference for relevant public sector units in the future. The research results show that mental health status will have a positive impact on job satisfaction.
