| Summary: | 碩士 === 佛光大學 === 公共事務學系 === 107 === Firefighters have to face a variety of problems in aspect of disaster work. When these problems cannot be solved smoothly, they will cause crises and even cause firefighters to be injured and killed. In recent years, Firefighter casualties cases have been reported. Among them, fire disaster is the main cause. This paper mainly focuses on the issue of firefighters can adequately improve the content of fire rescue skills training, also can effectively improve the firefighting personnel's crisis handling ability.
The study found that a complete fire rescue training must have a certain scale of training venues. Therefore, firefighters are mainly trained by the Fire Department Zhushan Training Center. But the number of people can be accommodated by it is limited. As a result, not every firefighters can received training. There are so many types of fires, that the training center cannot train individually according to the characteristics of the county. The author hopes that the above research can explain the purpose of fire rescue training, and then understand the importance of fire rescue training to firefighters.
