Combined with the analysis of the literature, it conducts quantitative analysis on the questionnaires of medical staff in some hospitals in Guangdong, China. A total of 277 valid samples were collected. The results of the study confirm that under Chinese culture, the degree of fit between medical staff and supervisors will negatively affect their job burnout, that is, the higher the degree of fit between medical staff and supervisors, the less likely they are to cause job burnout. And the process of fit the degree of supervisory influence to job burnout is a complete intermediary through the psychological contract breach. In addition, psychological capital has a positive moderate effect on medical staff facing adversity (psychological contract breach). The higher the psychological capital of medical staff, the more it can reduce the negative impact of adversity (psychological contract breach) on itself, that is, the less likely it is to produce Job burnout. At the end of the study, we discussed the significance of the research results, summarized the limitations of the research, and made recommendations for future research and practice.
