This study uses a qualitative research method to sample snowballs and conduct research on six slash social workers. The purpose is to explore the formation and history of the career of slash social workers, in order to obtain the development of social workers. To understand the current situation of the social work of the slash social workers and analyze their professional functions.
This study found that:
First, the common characteristics of slash social workers include psychological traits and common conditions.
Second, the development of slash social workers:Including four development stages and two development paths; various factors that contribute to the development of the slash career; challenges in the development of the career, and finally found that the slashers are divided on whether they will continue to work on slash work in the future.
Third, the characteristics of slash social work:(1) Characteristics of social work of slashes:It consists of four work combinations and these four work combinations are derived from past work experience or functional expertise in the field of full-time work. (2) Working conditions:The income of the slash is higher than that of the average single-employee author. The working time can be self-distributed and flexible. The vacation is determined by oneself, the autonomy is high, and the basic insurance for labor insurance is provided. As for the retirement planning and the general single-employee author There is not much difference, but the focus is different.(3) Working environment:The work environment includes work autonomy, development, time flexibility, adaptability (self, family evaluation and job satisfaction) and conversion and change. Slash work is still given priority in work stability, and the work of the slash is often changed. There are differences due to different work combinations.
Fourth, work dilemmas and risks:(1) Work dilemma:The dilemmas encountered by the slashers in the current work include administrative management, professional competence, professional methods, self-management and professional value.
(2) Work risk: including common risks and individual risks.
Five,Professional competencies of the slash:The slashers have common professional competencies, and different professional skills and equipments due to different workplace roles. The professional knowledge and experience acquired in the past is the basis for developing the career of the slash, and must have cross-disciplinary expertise. Thick professional skills.
Six,Evaluation of peers:The peers have different views on the evaluation of the future development prospects of slash social work.
