This research collates relevant literatures and conducts research studies to analyze the changes and the corresponding measures in digital financialization for both bankers and banks. Discuss in terms of the down size of manpower,training and coaching transformation, self-improvement, and facing changes positively. In the quantitative section, according to the survey results, analyze the opportunities and challenges encountered by bankers after digital financialization, and the key factors of adapting to the changes of working patterns. In the qualitative section, collect opinions and suggestions to implementation of digital financialization from the management of the bank through interviews.
