When emotions appear, the rational operation, efficiency or effectiveness of individual cognition will decline, making it impossible to express various rational cognitive work. This research is to deal with the socialization of newcomers. It is assumed that individuals will be subject to various stressful events in the new employment situation.Proactive behaviour (independent variable) can change newcomers own psychological assessment (dependent variable) due to psychological process (double mediator variable). Sample is about newcomers. A total of 226 valid samples were recovered. The multiple-regression analysis method is used. The results show that the emotional regulation can be effects self-efficacy, especially in the relationship between proactive behavior to interpersonal interaction behavior and work result (professional identification, work motivation, social acceptance and work performance). This means that the complex psychological process include the pathway of emotional regulation to self-efficacy is effective. Therefore, the proactive behavior of newcomers should be designed with relevant training programs. The training program can make the current newcomers and graduating students will not be distressed by poor job performance due to poor adaptation. Secondly, the training program that emphasizes the psychological intervention of emotional regulation and self-efficacy will be a main issue that enterprises or institutions must face in the future.
