Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 科技管理學程碩士在職專班 === 108 === Science and technology is the economic lifeline of Taiwan. Taiwan's semiconductor industry is the treasure of Taiwan's economic. In 2017, it created NT$2.46 trillion in output value, accounting for 14.3% of GDP. Taiwan's semiconductor industry added value is NT$1.3 trillion, accounting for Taiwan's total GDP8%. These achievements are the result of hard work by 230,000 IC designers. It is estimated that the output value of Taiwan's semiconductor industry will break through the NT$3 trillion output value in 2021. The semiconductor industry is already in co-opetition between Taiwan and China. They are in competition state, but also work cooperation in some respects. Under this condition, the entire supply chain is interlocking. Although it is not too close to each other, the relationship has become closer and closer. This research will hopefully dig out deeply of the semiconductor industry across the Taiwan and China, and to achieve the purpose of knowing your enemy and know yourself. Through this research, we found out that China has been poaching Taiwan’s talents of this field, and the impact of trade business between USA and China. Based on this field and individual companies, we need to specific identified strategies for each of them for better understanding the core capabilities and future strategies. This will further enhance the position of the case study of the company in the semiconductor industry.
