In elementary schools presently, since classroom teacher is dictated to the whole class, the teacher can be regarded as the core of class. Mostly the teacher plays an active role on the interaction between the teacher and students, which has a strong effect on behaviors of students. There are many factors to influence students learning motivation, of which teachers’ leadership style and classroom climate may have the largest effects because students contact with them directly every day. In this research, we assume teachers’ leadership style and classroom climate are independent variables, and learning motivations are response variable, and implement the relevant analysis of them. The research is divided into three parts: (1) the descriptive statistics analysis of basic information of subjects and all variables, (2) t-test on teachers’ leadership style, classroom climate and learning motivations for basic information of subjects, and (3) the path analysis of teachers’ leadership style, classroom climate and learning motivations. It is expected that the results of research can provide the relevant suggestion on the promotion of learning motivations for students and be used as a reference of classroom management for teachers.
