| Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會工作學系碩士班 === 107 === This study mainly aims at the work experience of the public sector volunteer managers, through the qualitative study of the semi-structural in-depth interview, the interview object is Miaoli County public Sector volunteer Team volunteer manager, a total of six respondents to explore the research topic. To understand the experience of volunteer managers in the work of volunteer management, including understanding volunteer managers to carry out volunteer management, management strategies and methods. Analyze the cultivation experience of volunteer managers ' professional management ability or other interpersonal communication ability. and understand the ways in which volunteer managers work in full-time or in the volunteer business, while facing the expectations and demands of volunteers, clients and organizations to solve their predicament.
Based on the results of the study, this paper puts forward some concrete suggestions, which can be used as a reference for the professional managers of the competent institutions of each county and city in the future public sector to make more effective use of volunteer resources, or to provide the business planning and promotion of the relevant volunteer use units.
