It is estimated that in 2026, it will become a super-aged society. The older you are, the more likely you are to be affected by dementia. It is estimated that the population of dementia will exceed 890,000 in 2065, but the manpower of dementia is insufficient, so the introduction of foreign care workers has made the quality of foreign caregivers care for dementia more disturbing. This study explores the attitudes of cognitive and care services for dementia of foreign care workers. The purpose of the study is: (1) to explore the extent of foreign care workers' knowledge of dementia; (2) to explore the attitudes of foreign care workers to care for dementia; (3) to analyze the relevance of attitudes of foreign care workers' knowledge and care services for dementia. The subjects were Vietnamese, Indonesian and Filipino foreign care workers. The research was conducted by survey research method. The total number of valid questionnaires was 312. The statistical methods were descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, independent sample t-test, single-factor variance analysis, and Chi-square percentage homogeneity test. The research results are: (1) Foreign care workers at home are more aware of dementia than institutions ones; Indonesian workers' knowledge of dementia is at highest level; (2) Taking 33 years old as the basic line, the higher the age, the better the care attitude; and the Vietnamese workers are of the best attitude; (3) The higher the awareness of foreign care workers for dementia, the better their care attitude is.
