It has many built-in functional modules, which are easy to use and simple for students. For teachers, the structure is clear, not subject to classroom hours, schedule pressure, etc, and can be scored online ; for managers , easy to install , easy to manage , simple backup and restore ; for developers , can be developed according to needs The new module is functionally expanded to meet user needs . The research is divided into two phases. The first phase introduces the open-source code solution. Through the introduction to the Moodle digital learning platform, the personalized learning service module is developed on the Moodle digital learning platform to realize the " personalized learning map " and provide graphic use. The interface makes it easier for learners to understand the individual's learning progress, learning history, and learning objectives. By synchronizing the user's identity with the user information database of the third-party user management platform system, the user's background and learning needs are obtained. Features such as goals , abilities and interests , combined with a graphical interface to present a personalized learning process , providing students with personalized courses to meet the background , needs and characteristics , improve learning efficiency and willingness to learn ; and feedback learning results to the Moodle platform , the platform In the second stage , the questionnaire survey method was used as the research method . The research sample was based on 41 freshmen of the Information Engineering Department of HUNGKUANG University of Science and Technology in Taichung City. The Moodle learning feedback service module developed by the researchers was used. Conduct a network environment survey before and after the course.
