The education policy has begun a series of reforms in laws, teachers, curriculum, teaching, and textbooks. This study takes the students of Yilan City National Middle School in Yilan County as a case study, analyzes the relationship between teacher characteristics, teaching design, learning motivation and learning satisfaction, and issues questionnaires and suggestions as a reference for schools and teachers. In this study, 307 valid questionnaires were collected and analyzed by SPSS 20 statistical software. Descriptive statistics, single factor analysis and regression analysis were discussed. Through this research, it is hoped that teachers can help teachers to examine the interaction between teaching and teacher-student, enhance students' learning motivation and improve students' learning satisfaction. The results of this study found that there is a significant correlation between teacher traits, curriculum design, learning motivation and learning satisfaction. Curriculum design has a mediating influence on teacher traits, learning motivation and learning satisfaction. Among them, curriculum design completely intermediaries teacher traits. The motivation of students' learning has a mediating influence on teacher traits, learning satisfaction and instructional design. Different grades have significant correlations with teacher traits and teacher curriculum design. In the part of learning satisfaction, there are significant correlations between different genders, different grades and different fathers' education levels. Therefore, this study concludes that students are comfortable with the appearance of teachers and are also a strategy to help teaching. Friendly and extroverted teachers can make students more confident. Teachers can make more considerations in the design of teaching activities, try to meet the needs of each student, and influence the motivation of students. Teachers can truly satisfy students' curiosity when teaching, give appropriate teaching materials, provide appropriate teaching methods, and let students be keen to learn, and satisfaction can be greatly improved.
