Since 1997, the Military Organization’s reduction policy has been implemented, and since 2018, the "Act of Military Service for Officers and Non-commissioned Officers of the Armed Forces" have been amended. In the face of the impact and discomfort of organizational change, whether it affects the change of organizational commitment; the relationship between the air force logistics personnel''s perception of organizational change and organizational commitment is the purpose of this study. The questionnaire survey method was used in this study. A total of 270 questionnaires were distributed, and 236 valid questionnaires were collected. The research data was analyzed by narrative statistical analysis. The research findings are as follows: 1.The degree of organizational change perception is significantly different due to different personnel characteristics. 2. Organizational commitment and recognition level are significantly different due to different personnel characteristics. 3. Organizational change cognition has a significant positive correlation with organizational commitment cognition. Based on the results, this study proposes specific directions for the reference of the Air Force''s follow-up planning organization.
