"Execution" is the action to implement the government's policy objectives. The government can effectively achieve the priorities and governance objectives of the administration. The appropriate allocation of budget resources is an important factor. This study proposes measures to measure the results of budget preparation. This study takes Kinmen County prepare budget person as the research object. Through literature discussion and research design, using SPSS statistical software, statistical analysis of Logistic regression model is adopted. The empirical research results indicate: (1) Impact budget factors that make up the results and the proper allocation of resources are mainly influenced by the current budget system and the pioneering personality traits. (2) The Kinmen County budget proposers and compilers have a moderate degree of recognition for their budgeted results and resources.
