The data which is collected by the cooperation through people and machines make more meaningful. The connection of data is also stronger than before. And all these collected data are exploding growth. Depend on the way we used in the past is difficult to cope with the huge amount of data. First, we need to find the data in a huge amount of data. Then, we have to analyze the statistics by a chart when we are making a form. It’s a very troublesome matter. In order to solve these problems. We will put all collected data in to a data base and use Data Visualization Technology Combined With Enterprise Internal Management. It caused greatly improve production efficiency and work quality. Thus, it will be saving time and decreasing misappropriation.
This research makes a use of Raspberry Pi and Arduino combined with RFID modules and it is identified employees and product data by NFC. We are also using Node.js to realize MySQL transmission protocol to achieve the application of enterprise internal management. We take the data from database by using Chart.js、HighCharts graphic table, PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, HTML5, CSS…ect then visualize all the collected data. The data visualization will make supervisors understand the production status of each workstation clearly and quickly.
