Summary:碩士 === 崑山科技大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 107 === To promote the second-generation health insurance system implemented by the Ministry of Helath and Wefare (MOHW) on January 2012, we developed a supplementary premium system for the hospital to provide insurance declaration and, and assist the staffs in the hospital to quickly complete the declaration to economize manpower and ensure the integrity of the insurance information. Since there are over 5,000 employees in the hospital, the monthly salary and bonus amount are numerous and huge. The original salary distribution system does not calculate the bonus individually. Therefore, the responsible staffs generally add certificate for each bonus manually. Obviously, this process waste time with low accuracy and it does not meet the original distribution process in the hospital. Therefore, this study uses the object-oriented approach to develop an interactive second-generation health insurance declaration system combining ASP, IIS, Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server database with two original information systems. Especially, this system calculated the exchange rate and the correct payment amount in real time followed by the timely health insurance regulations. The experimental results show that the developed system not only improves the accuracy of calculating the declared amount, but also greatly reduces the processing time.
