碩士 === 高苑科技大學 === 土木工程研究所 === 107 === With the rapid development of technology, in the past, people always recorded the progress of daily project by handwrite every day, and reported to the superior as the basis for construction. Because of the rapid development of communication technology, people transmit information via handheld devices and mobile, also use cloud hard drive to store the documents then achieve the purpose of sharing files. Based on the motivation of this method, we use Google Drive as the platform of project progress management, via filling in the form information what demand for the project; we use the MDM function to upload information of engineering status, store and manage these in Google Drive. These vast amounts of information are used to review the daily progress of the project's personnel and material management for future data statistics and reporting on the project. The experimental results show that the system has considerable reliability and convenience in application.
